Centre of Films for Children and Young People in Germany (KJF)
Television, cinema, DVD, Internet: our picture of the world is increasingly formed by media images. Since 1977 – on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth, the KJF helps children and young people, families and elderly people profit from this fascinating diversity.
The KJF is a project of the Remscheid Academy for Education in the Fine Arts and Media (www.akademieremscheid.de).
The KJF is a member in the German Federation of Associations for Cultural Youth Education (BKJ, Bundesvereinigung Kulturelle Jugendbildung, www.bkj.de) and in the International Center of Films for Children and Young People (Centre International du film pour l’Enfance et la Jeunesse, www.cifej.com).
